Hopkinsville Community College will be celebrating 403 graduates for completing their academic pathways at commencement ceremonies on May 9.
The big day will start with a registered nurse pinning ceremony at 9 a.m. where 28 students will be receiving their certifications. Then, two commencement ceremonies will be at noon and 3 p.m. at the Thomas L. Riley Lecture Hall.
According to the college, 725 credentials will be awarded, including 208 two-year degrees, 26 diplomas and 491 certificates. At the ceremonies, academic awards and the HCC Spirit Cup Award will be presented.
Graduating students are asked to arrive at the ceremonies at least thirty minutes before the start time, and the events will be streamed on the college’s YouTube page.
