A Hopkinsville woman is facing a felony theft charge in relation to a theft from a Oak Hurst Drive home.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department report, 39-year-old Kaylyn Hetrick is accused having taking various items of jewelry from the home when she had no legal right to do so. The total value of items taken was reportedly over $5,000.
Hetrick allegedly took the jewelry to a local pawn shop and sold it.
She is charged with felony theft by unlawful taking.
