A Hopkinsville man is facing a second-degree robbery charge in relation to an incident on Sivley Road from Sunday night.
According to a news release, officers responded to the 400 block of Sivley Road for reports of a disturbance and upon arrival, made contact with the victim who informed them 20-year-old Xavien Henderson of Hopkinsville had allegedly took her vehicle and her phone without her consent and pushed her when she tried to get her phone back.
The victim reportedly had a visible bruise on her left eyebrow from where Henderson allegedly struck her. She allegedly had attempted to record the interaction on her phone and stuck him with a fork during the incident.
Henderson is charged with second-degree burglary.
