The Kentucky Attorney General has concluded the 12 random inquiries into the 2024 general election and have determined that no credible instances of election law violations.
According to a news release, the Attorney General’s Department of Criminal Investigations conducted an independent inquiry into 12 Kentucky counties following the election in accordance with state law. Those 12 counties included Trigg and Warren counties, along with Barren, Boyle, Calloway, Campbell, Daviess, Edmonson, Jefferson, Jessamine, Lincoln and Metcalfe counties.
Investigators examined each of the county’s election processes and found no irregularities.
During the 2024 General Election, the Election Fraud Hotline received more than 700 messages, including nearly 350 on Election Day.
Attorney General Coleman says, “Kentuckians can have confidence our Commonwealth’s elections are free, fair and secure. After independent and thorough inquiries, we found no credible instances of election law violations during last year’s General Election.”
