The Hopkinsville High School Jazz Band is ready to dazzle the audience this Saturday at the War Memorial Building as they look to raise funds to support their program.
Assistant Band Director and orchestrator of all things jazz, Addisson Grimm appeared on WHOP Thursday morning and says the party starts at 6 p.m. Saturday and runs until about 9 p.m. with dinner, a silent auction and enough music to make any jazz enthusiast happy.
He says tickets are $25 a piece and are available online through the Jazz On the Town Facebook event page, or you can find a QR code on flyers posted around town.
Grimm says the students have worked very hard learning a big line of up of music and he hopes people will come support their education and passion for music.
