KSP searching for new information on man that went missing in 1997

Kentucky State Police have not given up on locating a man who was reported missing in Hopkins County in 1997, and they’re looking to see if the public has any information. 

Twenty-nine-year-old Charles Massey went missing 28 years ago in Madisonville, when he was last seen delivering Easter baskets to individuals in the Madisonville area.

Massey is described as a white male, standing approximately 6’ tall, weighing around 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
