Kentucky State Police are searching for an escaped inmate from Webster County after an investigation into an escape Sunday.
According to a news release, KSP was called to the Webster County Detention Center around 6:20 a.m. Sunday after 48-year-old Jodie Crowley of Sebree and 44-year-old Tony Elders of Morganfield walked away from the detention center that morning.
Not long after the escape, Elders was located and taken back into custody—he is now facing a second-degree escape charge.
Police continue to try and locate Crowley. He is described as a white male, standing 5’10, weighing 160 pounds with blue eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing an orange coat, blue jeans and a black toboggan. Crowley has multiple tattoos on his arms, legs, chest, back and a tattoo of the word TINA on his neck.
