The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to continue daytime closures on a section of New Hope Road in southern Trigg County for storm debris removal through Friday.
According to a news release, KY 525 will be closed in short segments between KY 164 and Hardy Road at the three mile marker to allow storm debris to be cleared from the right-of-way.
The placement of equipment to facilitate the work will require the roadway to be closed to through traffic at the worksite. The crew will maintain access to side roads along this section of KY 525.
These daytime closures are expected to in place from approximately 7:30 a.m., to 4 p.m., each day, whenever weather allows. This work may continue into next week.
