The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to place lane restrictions on a westbound Western Kentucky Parkway bridge located at the 55-mile point in Muhlenberg County on Monday.
According to a news release, KYTC personnel will utilize one lane of the westbound side of the parkway to conduct drone and platform inspections of both the westbound and eastbound bridges.
Restrictions will begin at 9 a.m. on Monday and are scheduled to be concluded by the end of the day.
Some delays are possible during the movement and placement of equipment to facilitate the work, so appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
