Twenty-six-year-old Randy Jones of Goodlettsville, Tennessee was arrested on Wednesday for robbery in connection to a car theft from November 23, 2022.
According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, the victim stopped to assist Jones on the shoulder of Interstate 24 and he went on to shove her, steal her car and flee.
The car was found in Nashville but the victim’s belongings such as their wallet, driver’s license, government credentials, laptops, clothing, debit and credit cards and a pet bird were gone. Jones was arrested in Tennessee on separated charges and has since been transported to the Christian County Jail for second-degree robbery.
