There will be a panel discussion about cardiovascular disease with local doctors on February 2 and Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School.
According to a news release, the panel will take place from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. on February 2 in the gymnasium, and attendees will hear from Dr. Chester Crump and Dr. David Kabithe. Discussion will focus on ages 12-years-old and up on education in relation to heart health and disease.
There will be healthy snacks and fun activities on hand.
