A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for assault, fleeing and drug trafficking crimes on Friday.
Twenty-year-old Jaden Miller of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree assault after he reportedly admitted to shooting a male victim in the leg on September 5 near Poston Avenue and Beech Street.
Twenty-seven-year-old Gideon Stoltzfus of Hopkinsville was indicted for multiple charges after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit while he was under the influence of alcohol on September 4. He was indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, speeding, having not operator’s license and having an inadequate muffler.
Thirty-nine-year-old Jeffrey Henderson of Hopkinsville was indicted for second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault after he reportedly pushed a victim off of a bicycle and punched and choked them on August 26.
Then 33-year-old James Webster of Pembroke, 33-year-old Dustin Thomas of Crofton and 39-year-old Heather Caldwell also of Crofton were indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following the execution of a search warrant on August 28.
The search warrant was executed at a residence on Dawson Springs Road and law enforcement reportedly found four ounces of suspected methamphetamine and items associated with drug use.
