A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for child exploitation, endangerment and fleeing-related crimes on Friday.
Thirty-three-year-old Stephanie Vickers of Hopkinsville was indicted on four counts of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor under 12 years of age and eight counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.
According to a news release from Kentucky State Police, Vickers was arrested on October 3 following an investigation by their Electronic Crime Branch.
Twenty-year-old Mark Sanchez of Clarksville was indicted on multiple charges after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine on September 15.
Sanchez was indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, speeding, disregarding a traffic control device, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a suspended license.
Fifty-one-year-old David West of Clarksville was indicted on multiple charges after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit that ended in a wreck on October 6.
West was indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, speeding, disregarding a stop sign, failure to signal, improper passing, resisting arrest, driving on a DUI suspended license and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
Twenty-two-year-old Jeremiah Harris of oak Grove was indicted for wanton endangerment following an incident on August 10 where he was reportedly driving recklessly. Harris was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault and reckless driving.
Thirty-five-year-old Kenneth Evans of Hopkinsville was indicted for assault charges after he reportedly attacked a woman in a vehicle on September 29. Evans was indicted on first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.
