Kentucky State Police announced that the body of 39-year-old Emerald “Emmy” Raeann Forgette of Christian County was found in Hopkins County on Wednesday.
Forgette was reported missing over two months ago and was allegedly last seen in Nortonville along Hopkinsville Road on January 11. According to KSP, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office received a call concerning a deceased woman that was located on a property in the 400 block on South Hopkinsville Street in Nortonville.
At the scene, law enforcement identified the deceased woman as Forgette. Following an autopsy, it is believed that no foul play led to her death and the investigation continues.
