The Museums of Hopkinsville-Christian County is bringing area youth the next installment of the new Saturday Sleuths program on February 22 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
This event, designed for children ages six through 12-years-old, invites students to become detectives and help solve a history mystery at the museum on the last Saturday of every month.
February’s program is entitled, “The Interview Investigation,” and will focus on how to ask good questions to find out information as students solve a real-life mystery based on an event from local history. Student sleuths will interview “witnesses” who will be available in the museum exhibit hall to figure out the answer to the community’s historic mystery.
The program will be held at the Pennyroyal Area Museum. The cost of the program is $3, but Museum Members will be given free admission.
