A person was injured when their vehicle went off the road and into water on Goshen Road in Todd County early Wednesday morning.
According to the Todd County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a wreck on Goshen Road around 5:30 a.m. Investigation determined that a van had been traveling southbound when it hydroplaned, sending it off the road where it overturned into a ditch full of water.
The driver, Herbert Foster of Hopkinsville, was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, while two others in the vehicle were not injured.
The Todd County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Honey Grove Fire Department and Todd County Rescue.
