A federal jury has found a Princeton man guilty of three counts of distribution of methamphetamine and one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine following a trial last week.
Trial lasted for three days against 44-year-old Micah Gray of Princeton, and according to evidence presented at trial, on August 26 and 27, 2021, Gray distributed quantities of methamphetamine on three occasions. On August 27, 2021, investigators searched Gray’s apartment and located approximately one and one-half pounds of methamphetamine and items related to methamphetamine distribution.
Final sentencing is set for February before a U.S. District Judge, who will determine his sentence. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years and a maximum sentence of life in prison.
There is no parole in the federal system.
