Christian County Public Schools has announced that Tyler Stallons has been appointed to serve as the interim principal at Millbrooke Elementary School.
He will start his duties in the role on July 1, and fills in the vacancy left by outgoing Principal Renikka Owen, who is heading to Hopkinsville Middle School to serve as the interim principal there.
Stallons has served as the assistant principal at Christian County Middle School for the last three years, but has also been a social studies teacher and an interventionist. A graduate of Union College, Stallons holds a bachelor’s degree in education with a concentration in social studies. He also earned a master’s in middle grades social studies from Murray State University and a master’s in education administration from the University of the Cumberlands.
