The suspect charged in the November death of an elderly woman was arraigned in Christian Circuit Court Tuesday morning.
Patricia Bader-Sanders is charged with murder in the death of Wilma Saturley, after being originally charged with knowing abuse/neglect of an adult, and in court on Tuesday, her attorney entered a not-guilty plea on her behalf.
The investigation began in November, when Saturley was discovered to have injuries that are consistent with signs of abuse.
The Commonwealth Attorney’s Office informed the court that they have already sent the evidence they have to the defense—Bader-Sanders will reappear in court on January 28.
