Three individuals have been arrested on conspiracy to commit murder in Lyon County, following a lengthy investigation into a shooting that occurred in February in Crittenden County.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department, on Wednesday of last week, Lyon County Deputy Bobby Beeler and Kentucky State Police took 47-year-old Travis Robinson of Fredonia into custody in Kuttawa. Later that morning, members of the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office and the Western Kentucky Violent Crime Task Force arrested 40-year-old Jonathan Chase York of Marion.
A third suspect, 25-year-old Allison Robinson of Marion, was later arrested by the Crittenden County Sherriff’s Office.
All three are charged with criminal conspiracy to commit murder in relation to a shooting that happened in February of this year in the Mexico community of Crittenden County.
Travis Robinson and York are also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, tampering with physical evidence and persistent felony offender.
All three are lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
