Three people are facing charges of robbery and assault following investigation by the Hopkinsville Police Department into a disturbance on Fairview Drive.
According to the police report, officers responded to Fairview Drive Wednesday for reports of a disturbance involving 28-year-old Ronnie Mumford, 29-year-old Charise Campbell and 29-year-old Qaneisha Taylor, all of Hopkinsville, who allegedly assaulted a male victim. They allegedly wrapped their hands around his throat, restricting his airways, and Taylor is accused of pulling a knife during the altercation.
The victim reportedly had visible injuries to his face and head and two $100 bills were reportedly taken from his wallet.
All three suspects were arrested and charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault.
