Two Henderson residents facing drug trafficking charges in Hopkinsville

Two Henderson women are facing numerous drug trafficking charges following execution of a search warrant at a residence on Howell Street Sunday. 

According to the Hopkinsville police report, officers served a search warrant on a residence in the 900 block of Howell Street and upon arrival, saw two women exit the residence and place a bag inside of a vehicle. 

The two, identified as 36-year-old Omeisha Tapp and 30-year-old Katrice Moody, both of Henderson, were detained while the search was conducted. 

The search reportedly revealed a large amount of suspected cocaine, marijuana and possible over one 100 fentanyl pills—also found was a large amount of money and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. 

Both Tapp and Moody were arrested and charged with trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
