The victim in the fatal, fiery crash on Barkers Mill Road Sunday has been identified.
Christian County Coroner Scott Daniel has identified him as 24-year-old Lexington Gaines of Clarksville—Gaines was killed in a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Barkers Mill Road and Carter Road Sunday afternoon.
His vehicle had gone off the roadway for an unknown reason, where it caught fire. He was unable to be freed from the wreckage.
Numerous first responders assisted at the scene.
