Wings Over West Kentucky returns to Madisonville

The City of Madisonville will once again be home to a spectacular show in the sky, with the return of the Wings Over Western Kentucky Air Show in early October.

According to a news release, gates will open at 2 p.m. on October 4 at Madisonville Regional Airport, with daytime performances starting at 5 p.m. and then a night show will take place at 8 p.m.

It’s a sensational show in store, with skydivers, aerial performers, jet-powered ground acts, a skywriter, an authentic World War II fight aircraft and more. There will also be food trucks and vendors, along with a children’s activity zone for families to enjoy.

The event is open to the public and free to attend, with Mayor Kevin Cotton saying, “Each year this event grows, and 2025 is set to be the most exciting Wings Over Western Kentucky yet. From world-class performers to flame-throwing trucks and fireworks, there’s something for everyone.”
