It was a night of glamor, fun and a showcasing of outstanding local women, with the 2026 Ms. Plus Western Kentucky State Fair Queen crowned Monday night.
There was a total of 13 contestants that took part in the pageant, but only one could be crowned Queen, and that honor went to Amber Slaton. Hillary Bobbett was named first-runner up, Eva King Craft was named second-runner up, third-runner up was Jennifer Rubio and then Rose Jackson claimed fourth-runner up.
Jackson was also presented with the Modern Woman Award and Eva King Craft was named Miss Congeniality, which is an award voted on by the contestants themselves. The award recognizes a competitor who encourages others and shows true sisterhood.
Other awards include to Jodelle Johnson for Best Smile, Most Enthusiastic to Melissa Davidson, Amanda Oliver was awarded Best Evening Wear, Amanda Elkins won Best Casual Wear and Crystals Owen was named the Rising Star.
