A Clarksville woman died of her injuries following a house fire Wednesday afternoon.
The Clarksville Fire Department responded to the house on South Senseney Circle after teenagers walking home from school reported the fire. At the scene, firefighters saw light smoke coming from the house, and once inside, they located an elderly woman.
She was transported to the hospital before she died of her injuries. Four dogs also reportedly died in the fire.
