A two-vehicle collision at the intersection of East 13th Street and Liberty Street on Thursday resulted in possible injuries.
According to Hopkinsville Police, Hannah Rennick of Massachusetts was traveling west on East 13th Street while Larry Hopson of Crofton was traveling South on Liberty Street, and the pair were both approaching the intersection.
Rennick stopped at the stop sign, before attempting to cross the intersection, but reportedly told officers that her view of oncoming traffic was obscured by cars parked along the road. As Rennick proceeded through the intersection, she reportedly struck Hopson’s car.
Hopson was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical for possible injuries.
