The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating after a man went to Jennie Stuart Medical Center early Monday morning with a gunshot wound.
According to HPD Public Information Officer Justin Rios, officers were called to the hospital at approximately 7:35 a.m. for reports that an individual had arrived at the medical center with a gunshot wound to the arm.
His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
An investigation is underway, with no further details immediately available. Anyone with information on the incident or the victim is asked to contact the ECC at a270-890-1300.
