The Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle accident on Madisonville Road on Thursday evening after a vehicle was reported to be driving recklessly before it drove off the roadway into a ditch.
According to a collision report, the sheriff’s office received calls regarding James Hardy of Cerulean who was reported to be driving recklessly.
When deputies responded they found that Hardy’s vehicle had gone off of the roadway into a ditch in the 3900 block of Madisonville Road. James had reportedly exited his wrecked vehicle and was sitting on the ground when law enforcement arrived.
Hardy was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for the treatment of injuries where it was found that a possible medical condition may have factored into Hardy getting into an accident.
