Suspect arrested in Clarksville stabbing, robbery

Clarksville police have arrested a suspect in connection with a stabbing and robbery that occurred at the EZ Market on E. Boy Scout Road. 

As previously reported, officers responded to the market for reports of a robbery and found a male store clerk suffering with multiple stab wounds. He was transported to a Nashville hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition. 

The suspect has been identified as 23-year-old Aaron Boodoosingh of Clarksville and he has been taken into custody and charged with Especially Aggravated Robbery. 

Investigation determined that Boodoosingh allegedly used a machete during the robbery, causing multiple lacerations to the victim. Additional charges could be pending.
