After investigating a fatal wreck that occurred on May 4 on Madison Street in Clarksville one of the involved drivers was indicted on vehicular manslaughter by a Montgomery County Grand Jury earlier in November according to a news release from Clarksville Police.
The fatal wreck involved vehicles driven by 40-year-old Gary Heitzenrater and 56-year-old Mark Norman, both of Clarksville. Norman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Evidence and scene observations were presented to a grand jury who handed down an indictment for vehicular homicide for Heitzenrater. On Thursday Heitzenrater was lodged at the Montgomery County Jail with a $90,000 bond.
